At the left is the beginning of the year, stud earrings from January, February and March. At the top Left is Garnet, the birth stone for January. It is a 4 mm stud earring, in 14 Karat White Gold. In the center is a pair of Amethyst earrings, February's birth stone. They are also 4 mm and are set in 14 Karat White Gold. The bottom Left is a pair of Aquamarine stud earrings, March's birth stone. They are 6 x 4 mm, and are set in 14 Karat White Gold. These are the traditional birth stones, but there are also some variations to each month. January can also be Rose Quartz, February can also be Onyx or Moonstone, and March can also be Bloodstone or Rock Crystal.

At the right are the birth stones for April, May, and June. The top right is April, with a pair of 6 x 4 mm White Sapphire earrings set in 14 Karat Yellow Gold. Normally April's birth stone is Diamond, but it is also been known to be replaced by Quartz or White Zircon. In the middle is May, with a pair of 4 mm Emerald earrings set in 14 Karat White Gold. May's birth stone can also be Chrysoprase. And at the bottom right is June's birth stone, a pair of Pearl earrings. They are 6 x 4 mm, and are set in 14 Karat Yellow Gold. June's birth stone can also be Alexandrite.

July's birth stone is Ruby, and at the top left is a pair of 6 x 4 mm Ruby earrings. They are set 14 Karat Yellow Gold. July's other stone can also be Carnelian. In the center left is a pair of 6 x 4 mm Peridot earrings in 14 Karat Yellow Gold. Peridot is August's birth stone, but Sardonyx and Jade have also been used. The bottom left is a pair of 14 Karat Yellow Gold 6 x 4 mm Sapphire earrings. Sapphire is September's birth stone, as well as Lapis.

October is know for Opal, and that's is because Opal is the main stone for the month. At the right is a pair of 6 x 4 mm 14 Karat Yellow Gold earrings. Although Opals are the main stones for the month of October, Pink Tourmaline is also used as a birth stone. In the center is a pair of Citrine earrings, for the month of November. They are 14 Karat Yellow Gold, and are 6 x 4 mm. Yellow Topaz has also been used for this months birth stone. Finally, at the bottom right, is a pair of Blue Topaz stud earrings. They are set in 14 karat White gold and are 4 mm. Besides Topaz, Turquoise and Tanzanite have also been used for birth stones of December.
