With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff has been trained in the store and in the classroom. Chip started the business while in business college selling Native American arts. Ladonna learned business management skills young in her parent's family business. Sons, Christopher and Franz took jewelry knowledge to the highest level studying with Gemological Institute of America. Chipper's craftsmen have decades of experience at the bench. Our seasonal sales associate and additional appraiser, Randy Caverly, also boasts over thirty years in the jewelry and watch industry.
