Frequently we find our quality and grading standards are higher than the typical jewelry offered at retail, and customers discover the discount advertised item is not up to the value of our everyday jewelry. Every diamond has 250+ possible grade and price variations for color, clarity, proportioning, and finish. Two VS-2, G color diamonds of the same weight can vary in look, and therefore value, from the way each was proportioned. Two similar ring mountings can vary in cost by double if one has a heavy standard shank, and the other has a light weight shank to allow a lower retail. We will be glad to show you the difference.

Chipper started Chipper's Jewelry in 1974 while studying at Green River Community College. Some of you remember his original spiral notebook layaway log as students and teachers bought on the payment plan. His eye for quality, his quick mind for seeing value, and his dedication to customer service continue to win the repeat business of long time customers, their families and friends. As son Christopher leads now in the jewelry division, Chip focuses on numismatics and bullion. Chip oversees jewelry and coin appraisals and continues as the primary buyer.

Christopher Kuntz holds a Graduate Gemologist degree with Gemological Institute of America (GIA). He excels in jewelry design and knowledgeable customer service in your diamond, gemstone and jewelry purchases. Christopher offers gem identification services through his in store lab and insurance appraisals. He is the proud husband of Alicia and father of two sons, Elijah and Zandon. Christopher donates many hours weekly to community service as a Bible teacher. His winning personality may be enjoyed as a guest speaker for clubs or classrooms in the area of gems, jewelry, or Bible topics.

Franz Kuntz is the youngest of the Kuntz clan, but already has years of customer service, jewelry design, Gold & Silver bullion knowledge and business networking experience. He holds a GIA diploma in Jewelry Business Management. During his college years, Franz studied one term with Youth With A Mission in Lausanne, Switzerland followed by service in Egypt, Uganda and Sudan to the Sudanese refugees. Franz has just recently married his sweetheart April on April 23rd, 2011.
